an update to my sudomemo journey

i got in. i managed to get in
so how did it happen? well, after thinking i couldnt take my 3ds's backplate off, i wanted to try using sdcard management, however i wasn't sure if it would work or not. after looking on reddit about it, i realized it just wasn't worth the risk. but then i noticed something
my console's backplate was slightly loose. which made me wonder if my dad's assumptions were wrong. so i took the screws myself and lo and behold, i managed to take the backplate off. which meant it was MODDING TIME
as stated last time, my mom's work laptop is the only device in the house with an sd card slot, so i used it to hack my console. it all went smoothly and the process was just as easy as i had expected it to be (except for me having to switch to german at one point bc of an error but yk)
my 3ds is now a modded little dirtbag. and it's awesome. it came with an ftp program and a custom theme manager RIGHT OFF THE BAT. i popped the sd card out one more time to get the dsi flipnote studio, changed some dns settings and presto. i'm on sudomemo
and i coudln't have predicted how fun it would be. i had some hunches before joining it, but i thought it was just me daydreaming again. but no. i am having so much fun. i love animating on it. i feel like i've ascended. i am feeling ecstatic. i get locked in and forget to eat while animating. when i can't use flipnote studio, i feel impatient for the moment i'll be able to use it again. you get the point
this is like 2017 with musical.ly all over again. i went from making silly dumb videos of me dancing or playing with my toys to making my own ANIMATIONS (2017 me could only dream of that). fun fact, musical.ly is also where i made my first animations, albeit them being stop-motion. look how far i've come
so yeah uh... it's flipnote-ing time
